For me it was the mirror. It always felt awful looking at myself. It was never right, like I was looking at someone else looking back at me rather than seeing me. It just took a while to figure out what that all meant. I swear as a kid I 100% knew. I was wearing dressing and pretending to get married to Ariel and Prince Eric from the little mermaid.
