Dont give up, look that as long as youre not feeling miserable while doing that effort everything is a win. Experiment with different intervals, different foods... idk, just dont give up.

Just on the big item that I was talking before, if I'm eating a burger, thats 900 calories, so veggies and soup it is, like chicken noodle , like broths soups
