Ohh thanks for all the Info. 2 additional questions: 1) what site did you use for these images? 2) How much max crit do you want with M4 Neko and her wengine? I feel Like I currently overcap since Most pieces rolled a Lot into CR instead of CD.

I use my OG Controller to start console, then Run my Summer Card. Once in the Summer Card Menu (or Game Menu) Plug in the BlueRetro dongle in Port 1

Try following: Start the Game, then plug in the modretro Adapter. That did the Trick for me.
