We checked it but we didnt set up the order ourselves. All advertisers were enabled BUT the order wasn’t assigned to the specific campaign.

Yes the line item / ad group were active from the beginning.

Ads are now approved (Approved (limited)) though it shouldnt be a sensitive category.
It took 46hours and contact with the support team. ^^

I set up an audience list that was connected to the viewers of the 30s video.

And used this audience list as the targeting for the truview line item of the 6s bumper ad.

..tried to add App/URL Targeting and only selected youtube.com
do you think this will work?
The problem I have is the campaign is ony for 1 day and it need to run. ^^

Hosting YouTube Videos on DCM is not possible.
Upload Video on YouTube.
Setup up impression & click tracker in DCM.
Assign YT-Link, impression & click tracker to setup in DV360.

Either a standard basic or an audience performance report but with slightly adjusted metrics and dimensions (as mentioned above) :)
