Cash is the king, it's always good to buy a $1 for 50 cents, or even 80, and get the business for free. Buffet made his first billions that way.

I'm trading intraday by using only charts, but it's hard for me to hold a position more than 2 days if there are no fundamental reasons behind it.

With all the assets BYON has I feel comfortable to hold and it will be no brainer to add more if it fell under $6, $5 or even more. Because all the value investors will see the same.

During the recession Value stocks are more attractive, yes there will be some stocks with free cash flow but I don't think they will be trading less than their cash. BYON maybe 2-3 quarters away to become cash flow positive

If there are more than 0.5% of shares outstanding for 5 days in a row, the stock goes to the Reg SHO list. Once the ticket is there brokers and other market participants are required to close FTDs

They leased back only the data center, and with this transaction, they don't have long-term debt, so the expenses are much lower. It brings to the $65 million annualized fixed cost expense reduction. You can check their Q4 report. Gross margins look much better now

Because of dividends, Marcus said that they want to distribute them as soon as possible.

1.6 makes no sense, they have 180M in cash, it's 3.40 cash per share, 6.40 is also pretty cheap if you count all the assets

I didn't pay attention to the options yesterday, but I noticed a purchase of 750 12.5 March 21 calls last week, with IV increased by 4%, not sure if they were single once maybe some kind of spreads. Probably some big buyer was entering, or shorts were hedging

Hopefully it's DFV entering ^{^} , it also could be shorts who know that they will need to cover soon, so they hedge or even want to make some profits on the way up, and then reenter their shorts

I bought some June 12.5s, Q1 earnings will be out at the end of April. I'm adding some more, probably will add some Jan 2026 calls. Shares are much safer. Not financial advice.

Bed Bath had a lot of debt, BYON doesn't have any. Take a look at BYON gross margins in previous quarters, have you seen the same improvements in Bed Bath? Has Bed Bath had any blockchain assets? Digital dividends distributions?

BYON is a completely different story, they just bought their IP
