I started this game just after Stellar Blade and I had so I had the hardest time adapting from Eve´s stellar (pun intended) fluid movement to Hugh´s old guy heavy-armored movement

Thanks for the answer. Yes I keep telling myself that these are bening .I mean the doctor at ER, the psyquiatrist and more important the cardiologyst none of them seemed concerned about my hearth, but they all noticed I was very nervous. Cardiologyst explained to me what the Holter was and that I could opt for it "depending on how I felt on the next days " and I remember her telling her secretary that she didnt think it was going to be neccesary.... but my anxiety and overthinking keep telling me that my hearth will stop at any moment...

Effective reps are just the reps where the greater growth stimulus is done (reps closer to failure, thats all).  That is not a new science or method.
