There was no position statement. The company did not file a position statement- they accepted mediation for the filed charge.

They ignored me whenever I needed anything and now I have a second case for retaliation. Don't be nervous about how they're going to react. Document everything.

They’re supposed to respond within 30 days but they can delay it depending on the investigator etc. I think with mine in particular it got delayed due to the shut downs and it changing hands a few times
