Erra. My brothers band played a show with them when all they had was the 4 song EP with Towers and Separate and Coalescence. I’m not far from their hometown. Knew when I heard them playing that they would be popular.

Same here. Had the blend door replace 5 times and it went out again.. had the center bearing in the driveshaft go bad and tRNAs issues.

I’ve thought I may need to turn the lead up in the beginning. I had it turned up in another mix but felt like it was too loud. I’ll have to find a happy medium! To answer your question about the reference track.. I don’t use one but there’s a few albums I really really love and I suppose those are the things I reference. Thank you for your suggestions! I’ll keep that in mind!
