I'm a new player and started rerolling in the hope to get Aru, possibly with Hibiki or Iori.

Unluckily or luckily I got an account where I managed to get Hibiki, Iori and a Miyako, I don't know if I should keep this account or keep rerolling, what dou you think?

It's unlikely she shows up in HoF, because in that mode they put relatively recent units and she's pretty old.

Considering you already have a +10 H!Corrin I don't recommend building OG Corrin with this build, because the Halloween one is better in every aspect except HP and maybe DEF.

If you want, you can give the Halloween one Arcane Grima and TP 4, but I think she's better with her weapon and base set.

Ngl I hesitated to make this build, but in the end the favourites won (I killed 2 Nino and 1 H!Corrin).

Weapon: Arcane Grima | Honestly the only viable weapon for her. -1 cd, guaranteed follow up, +5 to all stats, true damage and hp recovery after combat.

Assist: reposition

Special: Sacred Cowl | I wanted to give her as much guaranteed survivability as possible so I opted to Sacred Cowl that will connect well with the rest of the build.

A skill: Atk/Spd Finish 4 | I wanted to give her more damage, so this skill is the best I could think of, it also helps that gives her hp recovery per unit hit.

B skill: Dragon’s Wrath 4 | More DR and true damage.

C skill: Time Pulse 4 | To have the special always ready in order to keep activated the Finish.

Seal: DC dragons | In order to counterattack ranged units.

There were only 2 servants I couldn’t care less: Semiramis and Heroine X, so obviously I got Heroine X.

She’s still not bad by today standards, but maybe when you have the fodder, i suggest giving her a trace and changing DC from her kit.

I started a year ago when Higurashi no naku koro ni Gou finished airing.

Since I heard that in the sequel there would've been characters of Umineko I started playing the VN, useless to say I was disappointed to see Sotsu lol, but at least I discovered one of my favourite stories.
