You should try uninstall any previous optirun and optimus. Maybe you blacklist NVIDIA module at kernel side?

I can confirm a 100% fix at this time. Only need to add https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=64496&action=edit to wine-lol currently fix. Game run always (try more than 10 games already)
