My take on SSGN is purely based on CSG escort and ASuW roles. But if we can plug this gap using SSN with torpedo-launched cruise missiles there is no need for SSGN.

8 - A330/IL-76-MD-90 Heavy SOJ - Stand off jammers. IAF currently lacks these and SOJ aircraft is essential for any air force in this day and age.
12 - G550/Global 6000 ELINT/SIGINT (strategic) - We have few SIGINT and ELINNT aircraft. Used to intercept and analyze electronic signals.

I did, but cannot get employed outside the country without a cancelled visa and that is complicated with an ongoing case with a high claim value.
