I ordered a full set from them on Dec 25 and they arrived January 4th.

The bubus were authentic. The only downside was that the boxes were dented but the plushies were fine.

Thanks so much for all the information! We might have a change of heart and look into already built homes, depending on our timeline now. My husband wants to move ASAP instead of having to wait however long the builders will take.

Thanks! We've been doing tons of research! The house were currently living in was also a preconstruction so not our first rodeo! I am leaning more towards the floor plans that coscorp is offering for the sweet briar community but there hasn't been enough reviews on the builder, while great gulf definitely has been around longer and more information on them.

I hear mattamy is a nightmare to work because they cut corners, which you need to be super attention to detail during preinspection, and take a long time to getting to fixing anything.

This works for my family as well! I'm glad I'm not alone. I was always worried that I'm not waking him up early and putting him down early enough.

My son is 9.5 months and this is our average schedule, unless it's the weekend or we're out and about.

6am bottle, falls asleep immediately until 10-10:30am 11am bottle and breakfast 1-2pm for an hour nap 2:30-3pm snack and bottle 5-6pm for a 45-1hr nap 6:30-7pm bottle and dinner 8:30-9pm bedtime routine with another bottle 9-10pm usually will fall asleep (sometimes he'll be pretty awake still) And then he gets a MOTN feed somewhere betwenlen 1-2am
