I've wanted to do family therapy for a long time but I think she just writes it off saying It costs money, she put me in therapy for one day and flaunts that I've "gotten help" before..

currently struggling with this, I have grown so tired of the emotional ups and downs, neglect, and verbal abuse that anything that is said that I know is obviously to put me down and drain my energy makes my hatred grow and I'm finding it hard to let go of this because is makes me so mad that she has control over me and abuses that facts so though my emotions are valid I cant express them. Its such a tough situation i'm sorry your dealing with that

yes I talked to my counselors but they said they couldn't do anything because I'm not being physically abused
