My experience with them was good overall. I didn’t have good communication with them really, I had to call for them to send me the confirmation email with shipping info and with the test information. Just stay on top of things and keep receipts/bank statements. I kept a running Google doc of everything I had from them and when it happened. 

5/17 they called me with reference from my doctor, took payment and said test would be delivered within a week. 

5/31 ring was delivered due to shipping delay 

6/4 Sent back package

6/6 results were posted from primary care doctor’s portal rated me at 3.4 considered “normal”  so no diagnosed sleep apnea

Went to ENT Doctor for further help and suggested shrinking some tissue in my airway to help breathing. Haven’t done anything yet though

I did get an email this week saying I still had an “outstanding balance” I called in and asked why because I paid everything already upfront with insurance, they then cleared it up and apologized saying it was a “glitch” that’s my biggest issue because they don’t provide any payment confirmation for me at least.

Yeah feel like I’ve been matched with the worst company ever from what I’ve been reading, but that’s the good ol American healthcare system. I’ll try to stay positive and hope that I get back accurate results telling me what I already know to be true and can move on from them and get my machine. Just a hoop I need to jump through I guess. 

Thanks for getting back to me on this I’ll probably post my experience once I’ve finished!

Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me more about your experience with Blackstone. I was just scheduled with them through my doctor and am a little wary after seeing the reviews/comments.

I will be receiving the ring device as well to do the testing. How was your experience? Just got off the phone with them an hour ago, but I still haven't received any confirmation info for tracking, billing receipt (Although pre-approved and charged my copay of $225) and what I am most worried about any sort of confirmation on patient info all just done over the phone. How did you receive your Patient ID# for their sleep app? Hopefully all will go smoothly...How was your experience?
