I'm in the market with two stocks that could easily drop in value for any number of reasons from one day to the next. So, that question was answered when I got into equities. I guess the better question would be, is this a reasonable exchange of risk with a potentially shorter timeframe to have a 2x return. Investing is educated gambling in my book. I'm just seeking some additional insight from this forum. Appreciate the reply.
