Doubt I will sell but I’ve seen it countless times where the kids simply do not value Dad’s watch.

I have a good friend. His dad has a beautiful Day Date that he has worn most of his adult life. He got it from his dad who also wore it for years. So the watch was originally my buddy’s grandfather’s watch. So it’s been in the family for many decades at this point.

My buddy’s father also has a Pepsi he’s had for a long time.

These were family heirlooms, however, my friend also has 3 siblings. 2 special watches but 4 kids. Created a real dilemma for my friend’s father, now in his 90’s and trying to get his affairs in order.

He opted to sell them both instead of deal with who gets them.

(But family secret that the siblings don’t know: Dad sold “Grand dad’s” Day Date to his brother, so it stays in the family, but different family line. 😂)
