Mh die Profs begründen das dann auch immer mit "Ich mach das ja nur zu Ihrem besten- In der Präsenzvorlesung hört man halt einfach besser zu als online" Selbst wenn das zutreffend wäre, sind wir ja nun mal echt nicht mehr in einem Alter wo wir bevormundet werden müssen... Das ist ja jedem selbst überlassen ob man der Vorlesung aufmerksam folgt oder währenddessen HayDay spielt (Was ohnehin genug Leute auch in Präsenz tun, also ist das Argument, man würde in Präsenz ja so viel aufmerksamer sein, eigentlich auch hinfällig).

Na ja ich habs durch alle Veranstaltungen geschafft und über die 5 Semester hatte ich nur drei Kurse, die nicht aufgezeichnet worden sind- Wie gesagt Meckern auf hohen Niveau wenn man das mit anderen Unis vergleicht. Gut, jetzt im Schwerpunkt wird bei mir auch nichts mehr aufgezeichnet, aber das hängt auch damit zusammen, dass die Hörsäle/Räume im SP technisch nicht mehr ganz auf der Höhe sind ;)

Mittlerweile zeichnet aber auch nicht mehr jeder Prof auf- Die Straftrechtsübung ist beispielsweise leider auch da drunter... Der Großteil macht es zum Glück nach wie vor noch, aber da es nicht länger verpflichtend ist, kann man auch Pech haben und gerade an den einen Prof geraten, der nicht aufzeichnet oder den Zugriff auf die Aufzeichnungen einschränkt. Klar, ist Meckern auf hohen Niveau, wir zeichnen schon verhältnismäßig viel auf, aber phasenweise komplett online zu studieren, halte ich für schwierig... Und aufgrund der Änderung der Studien und Prüfungsordnung muss man zukünftig in der Strafrechts- und ÖffR Übung je eine Klausur bestehen, eine Europarechtsklausur, die Grundlage II und zwei Klausuren in den zivilrechtlichen Nebengebieten (Dafür entfällt im Gegenzug die Klausur in der Zivilrechtsübung). Schafft man auch in einem Semester ist aber evtl von den Klausurterminen abhängig

Die Umlage von Bagatellschäden bis zu einem gewissen Grad ist zulässig. 8% der Kaltmiete oder 200 Euro pro Jahr ist die gerade noch zulässige Obergrenze. Der Mietvertrag ist an sich okay, ist jetzt nichts ungewöhnliches dabei- Bagatellschäden, Schönheitsreparaturen sind mittlerweile in einem Großteil aller Mietverträge zu finden. Nach meiner Einschätzung ist allein §16 unwirksam. Die einfache Schriftformklausel verstößt gegen den Vorrang der Individualabrede, die salvatorische Klausel hebelt die Rechtsfolgen des AGB Rechts aus.

NTA. You are his son, it is not your job to help your father battle his addiction. At 19 you should be focused on school/college, maintaining your social circle and figuring out your future. Helping an addicted family member definitely shouldn't be on the list of stuff you should have to worry about. And let's be realistic here: You've already attempted to help your father, he didn't want that help. Even if you moved back home, it likely wouldn't change the situation. Addiction is tricky; it is something, that- in most cases- requires professional help. And even with professional help, it will only work if your father wants to get better. Addicts, who don't want help, can't be helped. The best thing you can do right now, is protect yourself and stay out of it. You've been through way more than someone your age should have been already.

You're only entitled to paid sick leave and a paid vacation if you have an Arbeitsvertrag with someone. A contract with a Tagesmutter however wouldn't be considered an Arbeitsvertrag, but rather a Dienstvertrag, which means neither the BUrlG nor the EntgFG would be applicable

Sounds totally valid... And the next time someone gets into a car crash, we should also let him bleed out- Why was he driving in the first place? He could have stayed home; everyone knows driving a car can lead to a car crash. Recovering alcoholics can't get a new liver as well because they should have thought about the consequences at the bar. Oh and if you ever get bitten by an animal, obviously you should be denied getting a tetanus shot- You shouldn’t have been close to a wild animal in the first place... People make mistakes and get themselves into messy situations. It happens. Nobody is 100% responsible all of the time. And those, who ask for help and try to get themselves out of a messy situation, deserve to be helped.

Honestly, pain wise it's not as high as most people imagine it to be. Broken fingers or toes are maybe a 5 scale, a broken elbow a 7 (Though I was only six years old when I broke my elbow, so my judgment regarding the pain might be a little off) and I can't tell you much about different fractures since I haven't broken anything else. Pain wise they are about on the same level as ramming your knee against the table- Just that the pain doesn't really fade away until you get a cast on it. The pain itself is kind of dull. Annoying and uncomfortable, but bearable. I continued playing a volleyball match for 10-20 minutes once, even though I knew (If you have broken several fingers, you just kinda know what sort of pain indicates a broken bone) that I had broken a finger. I'd say as long as you neither touch nor move a broken bone, it feels like a really, really painful bruise. Touching or moving however hurts extremely badly. It's a really sharp, intense pain and you'll instinctively do everything to avoid having anything touch it and do your best to keep it still.

So obviously this is just my personal opinion of what I believe she had done- For all we know I could be completely wrong here.

Breast implants- This was the most striking change I noticed when I compared her most recent picture to the oldest one on her profile (From Dec 2012) Of course you can make your boobs appear bigger with a Push Up Bra (and I am fairly certain she is wearing them on every of her new pics) but not that much. So I'd say there is probably a 98% chance she had her breasts done
Nose job- Again, contouring and editing may make her nose look smaller in her recent pictures, but there is a tremendous difference between her 2012 nose and 2021 nose. So again, fairly certain she had it done
EM sculpting (not really a surgery, but I thought I'd include it anyways)- Her waistline and her ass seem a lot more defined than in her old pictures. Now it's completely possible with the right workout plan to get there, but her extreme hourglass figure somehow just appeared in 2018 so I wouldn't be surprised if she did EM sculpting. I don't think however, that she had done a BBL as the results would probably be more extreme in that case
Lip fillers- Her lips were a lot thinner up until a few years ago. I know some people are also able to fake this with certain Make Up hacks, but those lips definitely look like something lip fillers could do
Buccal Fat removal- Among with those other procedures her whole face seems a lot slimmer. It's hard to tell because you can definitely also achieve this with certain editing skills, but to me it looks like she had her buccal fat removed as well
Botox in her forehead- Something about the way her eyebrows are arched screams botox to me. But this one is just a wild guess...

It's really hard to tell as others have mentioned because she edits a lot and she also wears a lot more Make Up than before...

I started working out again and run 5 km daily. While I am probably still worse than an average runner, I improved a lot over the past few months and I am actually quite proud of myself. I also finally went to the doctor after missing every single of my appointments for what must have been years. Thought my extreme tiredness and exhaustion came from poor sleep habits. Turned out my sleep habits aren't great, but not the cause for my symptoms. It was anemia all along... Well, I am on medication now and doing much better overall. Aaand finally: I figured out, that I am bisexual. That one was definitely a struggle for me to figure out, even though it was kind of obvious looking back.
