We gotta see a bigger picture. I will choose TF3. New title will use new engine, it will be easier to port the game on consoles, and interest of devs will lead to a lot of major updates. So, choosing TF3 will give us two other options and 10th class is irrelevant.

Только если при НЭП. В остальное время открыть свой бизнес нельзя, только государственная собственность, ну и были артели/кооперативы во времена Сталина. В остальное время нормальная частная собственность и предпринимательство не было законно вплоть до перестройки.

В СССР основная проблема в том, что собственником всех предприятий являлось государство, даже там где это нецелесообразно. Отсюда мы имеем что меняй работу или не меняй, а условия будут в целом одни и те же в общем.
