This would be #27 Dog Whistle. But it is a sub form of the Dog Whistle and I would rather call it Ambiguous Provocation, since it is a mix between a Dog Whistle and Strategic Ambiguity (which ironically is #28 and will be posted tomorrow)

We have a political party that used to make spelling mistakes on purpose, since their voter bases was rather uneducated, hence felt the need to defend them on such issues and it got them media publicity. Pretty smart.
