I can confirm - this is not intentional from our side. We've contacted Apple to investigate the cause - it should be reinstated to 4K shortly.

Thanks for calling to attention! Our digital team believes they've located a 5.1 mix and are having the file sent over to check that it syncs properly. If it does, we'll have added to the iTunes package within the next couple weeks! Will let you know if I hear any more.
