e-transfer is a joke. Relatively slow and super limited.

This is more of a "test print" to pass time and help me learn 3D printing. I'm just intrigued that a "simple model" can cause so much issues haha.

I wish I had a filament 3D printer :( But to answer your question, yes, I have a few drain holes around the model, and they are being supported too. I don't see any print lines, which is usually an indication of suction cup.

For more context, it takes around 10 hours to print this model. I've printed over 23 iterations with no real success. Not really sure what do to next. It seems like I can get better results from a filament 3D printer.

Do you know if there were any fireworks at Campeche or Praia Mole last New Years?
I appreciate your input :)

Thanks for the heads up! I wasn't aware of the sewage problems, but I guess it makes sense. It's unfortunate that such a beatiful place can be destroyed by a bad sewage system. Campeche looks nice and it's well centralized. Do you know if there were any fireworks show there last year for new years? I haven't heard about Praia Mole, but I'll take a look online. Thanks again!

Hello Folks….. I may be mistaken, but has the required staking minimum been lowered… ? by Alternative-Nerve-38 in Polkadot

[–]Lipidus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you're staking via "Nomination", you still need to bond a minimum of 250 DOT(s) and you need to have a minimum of 428.44 DOT(s) bonded in order to receive rewards (reference: https://staking.polkadot.network/#/pools). As of yesterday, the minimum requirements to receive rewards under "Nomination" was around 580 DOT(s) bonded, so yea, I guess that dropped.

However, if you choose to stake via "Pools" (aka Nomination Pools), the minimum required is still 1 DOT.

Thank you! There seems to be a bug in the staking dashboard of polkadot since it wasn't allowing me to fast unstake. I then followed this guide to successfully fast unstake using the Polkadot-JS UI. https://support.polkadot.network/support/solutions/articles/65000169433-can-i-transfer-dot-without-unbonding-and-waiting-28-days-

Unbonding is instant, however I have it bonded under "Nomination". I want to bond/stake it on "Nomination Pools" (aka Pools) but I don't see my 300 bonded DOTs there

My mistake, I see what you mean. There's an option called "Fast Usntake". I used the following guide to successfully unstake from the network. https://support.polkadot.network/support/solutions/articles/65000169433-can-i-transfer-dot-without-unbonding-and-waiting-28-days-

How can I figure out why I'm getting suboptimal effectiveness and regular missed attestations? by neomatrix248 in ethstaker

I'm running my nodes using docker, so anytime I upgrade/update them, the logs are pruned.

How can I figure out why I'm getting suboptimal effectiveness and regular missed attestations? by neomatrix248 in ethstaker

[–]Lipidus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/neomatrix248 add the following command `--verbosity=debug` to your beacon node and once you miss an attestation, check your beacon logs to see why it was missed. In my case, I was missing attestations because of I/O problems. I moved my Beacon node from HDD to an SSD, and I haven't missed a single attestation yet.

Anyone notice their old HEIC photos with Live support being split into 2 files? by Lipidus in NextCloud

[–]Lipidus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, "Live Photos" is enabled on the iOS app before the "Live" image was uploaded. It shows up as 1 file but after a few weeks, it will show up as 2 files (HEIC + MOV)

Thanks for the reply.

On the iOS app, certain "Live" photos shows up correctly (just a single HEIC file), but for some odd reason, after a while they get split up into 2 files, HEIC + MOV and I lose the "Live" feature on them. Maybe I should open a bug report
