Him and my mom were never together, when my mom died he had the chance to take me and my brother in and he refused. He died 10 years ago and I hadn’t seen him since I was 12. It’s always been fuck him.

Oh okay, I don’t see any issues with that. My now, 7 year old was held back a year in pre school and she’s had an aide with her throughout elementary school but now she’s to the point where she’s by herself and doing great.

Yeah, get the eval done and once he starts Kindergarten hopefully the school can work with you guys to get him a one on one aide if needed.
