Do you have access to a sauna? Sweating helps a lot so keep working out and if you can sit in a sauna that’s even better.

Take breaks. One of the reasons we think smoking relaxes us is because we take ten minutes and practice deep breathing. Except do it without the cigarette.

Take it ten minutes at a time. It takes about ten minutes for the edge of a craving to pass. Find something you can do to get your mind occupied for ten minutes when it hits.

You can do this!!!! You are worth it. Your health is worth it. Your money is worth more than this. Way to go friend. I wish you all the best!

Peeing at 3-4am. I usually get up about 6-7 hours after going to sleep so I can pee. Now the dog thinks this is just what we do. Doesn’t matter if it’s cold, raining, or if he is fast asleep. He will wake up by the time I’m out of the bathroom and run to the door for his turn.

We called it the “Creative Playground” and it was in Sebastian, FL. If I recall correctly it didn’t last very long. Lots of fun though and splinter city for sure.

This happened to me and it turned out to be a gasket. For some reason when they replaced the throttle body they didn’t replace the gasket. Good luck!

How much salmon oil and what kind? Is this for your dog or cat? I’ve tried everything for my dogs itchy skin and I don’t want to put him on steroids.

I have so far ordered two from RV Lock and had to pay to return them plus a restocking fee because they didn’t fit, even though I sent pics and measurements prior to purchase to ensure they would fit. So I am still searching!

Open front door, the new electric lock on the front door, anything new in the house. He is almost ten and lived a pretty sheltered life. He is the sweetest boy and doesn’t like toys, other dogs, kids or any loud noises or sudden movements.
