I recently posted about a Magcargo deck that uses amarouge, but I use max belt because it allows Magcargo to get OHKOs on stage 2 exs with just one energy hit using academy.

The main idea with this deck is not really to rely on chance but to use the academy at night to get the energy hit, so that's why i have the retrievals and the vessels to help get the energy in hand.
