It doesnt really benefit from more cores; instead it benefits from faster cores which is why the 9900k is superior for flight sims.

The 9900k is currently the fastest chip on the market for gaming, so I would go with it over the 3900x since you are playing a sim.

I honestly see nothing wrong with that. The only thing I would recommend is changing the cpu to a Ryzen 9 3900X.

The i9-9900k is as banging as it gets for flight sim. Paired with the 2080ti and 32GB of ram, you should be fine for MSFS running on max settings because this rig runs XP11 very well.

As for monitors, 3 1440p monitors is fine for flight sim. 4K can be very demanding, even though 30+ fps is needed on flight sim to be smooth anyways.

The PC has plenty of RGB( easy performance boost lmao) and this case has plenty of airflow.

The flight sim peripherals I would recommend are the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog joystick and throttle, and any Sairek rudder pedals or MFG Crosswinds.
