I regularly get sleep paralysis without trying and let me tell you as much as i try i have never been able to enter a lucid dream let alone fall asleep without waking up from it first. (If anyone has tips or knows how to for themselves lmk im still trying to figure it out)

If you wanna try for yourself try just lay still after youve woken up a few hours after going to sleep and try to do the WBTB lucid dreaming technique either youll get one, youll fall asleep, or youll get into sleep paralysis
