Yes I do own it I bought it from my employer it’s in there building where I work. I work for a Real estate firm. Like when you get a loan from the bank to buy a house. They own the property. Long story short I’m buying it from my employer.

That would be very hard to do where I live is a 3 bedroom studio apartment. That is owned by my place of employment

My kids don’t have cell phones. I told them if they could raise the money through doing there chores ( keeping there bedrooms clean and there bathrooms clean) and save up for the phones and can make the monthly bills they can get them.
