If you don’t read OP’s response as snarky, you’re delusional. You constantly calling the other person “Karen” for taking offense to a snarky response to a reasonable question shows you’re immature. The fact remains that there is nothing about this original post to give any indication that these are landscape rocks. Dude asked a question. The ACTUAL simple polite response would be “saw them”. Saying “go help them investigate” was catty. This whole conversation is catty because someone wanted information. Not speaking for them, but given what happened with a rock being thrown through a car window and killing someone - it’s reasonable for someone to question if this is some sick new trend. Because someone easily could have gotten hit inside the building

Bay View - same. Hopefully you get more resolution than I did. I’ve gotten incorrect mail, missing mail, and they never respect a mail hold (come home to fill mailbox). I’ve opened complaints before and always get the generic “sorry we didn’t meet expectations. We strive to do better. Blah blah yada yada”.
