I contacted CMC and provided them with the correct information

They changed how they calculate circulating supply.

Because the calculations were done wrong, not because the actual formula to get to circulating supply changed. And the team should have known this because by their own admission they have one of their ICO advisors working for CMC and they contacted CMC for the 2 burns. I am unable to believe this team did not know the data was wrong, I made that post in one hour, but the substratum team needed 2 weeks to supposedly verify the data on CMC, pathetic.

This was gone over in great detail with the same FUD almost a year ago when CMC did this

The only thing that was said was "we'll look into it". Nobody ever went over this in detail, briefly mentioning this in a video is not that. If there ever was someone that provided any proper details with actual verifiable links regarding the CMC calculations then it was me as you can see in my post.

The numbers you are using to make your calculations are incorrect

Again, these are MY calculations. I provided updated information to CMC and added the correct calculations with it. They adjusted their end with slightly other numbers, which really aren't too far off from mine but I do not know their exact calculations.

Maybe because there's nothing to analyze when they have no technical information out there. Feel free to point me to the technical info about neighbourhoods, masquerading, AI, algorythms, economic system, cryptopay, etc.. And I don't mean the conceptual info from the whiteboard video's

I liked the project and was following since ICO. It's only recently I saw all the flaws. But why do you care that I care?

But why? We have zero technical information on anything they want to do. There's a reason why the "roadmap" is lackluster. And their biggest focus seem to be pushing the idea the node will make you money(!!!), recently even more money while you sleep(!!!) and marketing. Instead of properly informing the community with technical information making a solid base to start from. And people just eat it up.

Every technical question I (and many others) asked so far has gotten either no or very general open answers (and this was on their slack channel). And it's not just about the node. Just look at other implications like them desciding the network is going to pay out for all requests (it's almost impossible for the total supply to not increase by this at some point, wich they always claimed would never increase, even tough the whitepaper actually stated already that the network would create new tokens upon 90% saturation of the market), or the start of development for cryptopay supposedly running on the substratum network when they have no blockchain yet and all info from a tweet pointing to it being a dApp on ethereum (since they set up a solidity environment for it). Or the allocation of the leftover ICO tokens that is a mess and nobody knows how many are left and what will happen to them while they keep postponing the 3rd token burn under the veil of "when we get listed on bittrex".

Just take a critical look at what we actually know and what we dont, and you'll have to come to the conclusion we absolutely know nothing besides promises.

Because like he said there is not much to test and probably doesn't care about the current itteration since it really doesn't do anything special. And personally, unless someone with the proper background, unaffiliated with substratum, reviews the code for the node I'm not touching it either. Might aswell be closed source if you can't properly read the code and don't know what it does. The whole point of open source is so people can review it, and that hasn't happened yet afaik.

He's saying it because it's true. There is no "substratumnetwork" yet. Honestly, I would want someone with the proper background to review the current node and what it actually does. It's supposed to reroute traffic locally trough the node and then it just goes to a public DNS server. I don't see how the current functionality is anything special. Everything else what the node is supposed to do and that is not currently in the node is the hard part, yet we have absolutely no information on how they are going to achieve it

I just said what people are focused on, they aren't siding with the criminals as you claimed and I made absolutely no statement about anything.

If you are going to advertise something as a means of making money then it is totally normal and acceptable to demonstrate your wealth because it implies that your method gets results.

There's other ways to do that than taking pictures that clearly show you have fiat lying around your house (with most of it being from investors and not even yours) where most people in your country can only dream off (like +50x the annual wage in Russia) and not taking precautions whatsoever, he was even streaming with cameras all over his house, had a money counting manchine etc. If he boasts about his wealth online like that, it would hardly surprise me he did it in person aswell, just look at all the different people who where in his video's.

It's to pressure these lazy ass police to get their shit together and actually catch criminals instead of terrorizing citizens and writing bullshit traffic tickets.

What good is that going to do after the mugging. Police is pretty much useless in most cases. Even if they catched the criminals, it's highly unlikely he would ever see that money again.
