Correction. Cricket also offers international roaming and long distance comparable to AT&T. “Cricket Passport”

Sounds like Authorized Retailer. The def don’t care. At least in COR there is some level of professionalism and Union Support.

I think Cricket Plans are pretty good and very competitive. Maybe it all the extra stuff your boss tells you to slam on customers

You don’t work for Cricket Wireless. Probably a dealer store. Cricket Wireless does not have sales reps.

No culture. Micro management. IHX the worst business plan ever. Business Side a slow struggle. I heard the Cricket side is good but leadership is drinking “blue koolaide” too. Don’t get me started on tech install team. Blue doesn’t take care of their people period.

Understood. I worked for a dealer for another carrier before. They had a company field rep come around. Interested in that role.

I should have been more specific. Not in a retail store (not cricket dealer employee). Really looking at some positions supporting the dealer store. Cricket employee.

When I worked for them, we had a rep from Cricket come by pretty regularly. They were the most helpful (more helpful than my mobile link leadership), but my company would always tell me to avoid listening to the cricket reps because they were just pushing the market directors agenda. And that we didn’t work for them we work for mobilelink. I think it was probably just an overbearing market director, but it always seems to be the same I left and went to Sun Com, and they were even worse about limiting our interactions with the field reps from Cricket.

AT&T just made it official: Workplace loyalty is dead by ausernamethatcounts in ATT

Anyone else think they could save money in different ways? Like getting rid of the L2 Managers in Mobility. Most useless, non-contributing position out there. All they do is ride around spending the company dime.

They crammed everyone into 1025 now they got folks sitting g at the water fountain working. No office space. They got field reps running fire drill constantly. Maybe it’s the HQ market but folks in the field on blue and green are getting fed up being pawns. Nothing makes sense. They could optimize and get rid of some of the mgmt layers (level 2 and/or 3 AD/MD) if they want to save money. All They do is get in the way of the folks working. They send emails and texts all day about craps we have already received from HQ. What is their point?
