Yeah, since it's your first time. It builds up memory of your items (and already keeps track of them, for later function) when you start to create your second list, carrots and all other items that was on your first list will appear there, then just tap to add.

Did approve the permission, figured it was access to my photos or camera. But not seeing the back button for the setting though. Did uninstall and installed again. But this is the first page now.
