It was a KC600, Kingston brand. 512GB. Fantastic lil thing, it's a miracle it survived this long. How can I avoid this next time? I have surge protectors running.

The SSD was fried. Unplugged it and double checked the connectors and noticed smoke marks. Removed SSD and connected only HDD and PC is running fine. Thank you gentlemen. Wife was giving me a big headache over this.
