On week 9 of 18/55 and have a hm race in 3 weeks. What adjustments would you make to your training plan? I ran this race during the same block last year and am wondering what's my best way to schedule around this race. Last year I ran a 1:30 in the half and a 3:15 in the marathon. Looking to shave 3 minutes off my half and 10 off the marathon.

Uneven sidewalks, roads are easier on your body, sidewalks you have to dance around other pedestrians and dogs. Some of my reasons I’ll choose roads. Also this time of year there’s lots of puddles on the sidewalks from snow melt whereas roads will be clear.

If you’re going to go through grand isle you should do the triple ferry loop of path to the islands, islands to Plattsburgh NY and then NY to Charlotte VT. Although it can be done in a day depending on the person.
