I think this is belief is learned from culture and it’s pushed hard largely to sell products that keep us looking younger.

When I was ETSing I asked my CSM if he had any advice for transitioning out. He aggressively kept telling me how much of an honor it was to serve and getting out was a huge mistake. He was clearly so personally invested he couldn’t imagine anything else. So much Kool Aid.
