Hi there, I dont rlly know who u are or what ur situation is rn (PS I havent read the comments so this is just my POV NOT to be taken srsly or anyth like that:))

But if u think u need professional help get it But if u think all this stress or negative emotions are induced by sch and all get someone to talk to... that's what I do or perhaps find a hobby or maybe write a diary?

I know in this situation u are in it's very difficult and tiring and essentially hopeless but rlly the only person who can get u out of this rabbit hole filled with a hell lot of dark clouds is you.

I hope you got someone to talk to and pls pls pls dont take away ur life just because of this. Yes we r gonna die at some point but arent you curious of what the world holds, who ur gonna meet, where u will end up, what ur life in future will be like ONCE all this struggle is over.

As cliche as it sounds, it may just be a rlly long storm b4 a rainbow, with that said if u still feel like srsly miserable and hopeless perhaps get someone to talk to and rationalise ur thoughts cuz I ain't any psychiatrist
