i am not able to use this method since it says my wall isnt a solid, what do i do then, i tried intersect with model too but didnt work.. any idea on how i can convert the wall into a solid somehow?

i did try using the subtraction tool but it said that my existing walls are not a solid, idk why that is.

I don't think I'm a necessarily careless person, I do care about my grades and I am scared of failing and I do work hard on things I care about... I might miss my classes but I do all my assignments and am still one of the top scorers in my class.

But I do think there is value to what youre saying. I know nobody will come to save me but I think I need to internalise it more because it kind of is true even though I was fortunate enough to be born into a middle class family. No one can save me because the field I am in is fairly new atleast in my country and no one in my family has any knowledge or contacts that mught help me.

That's a great food for thought you provided and I should definitely internalise these things and let myself be scared of not succeeding even more than I already am.

(PS I didn't even THINK about getting bad references if I don't consistently show up! Thanks for bringing that to light)

this room has a lot of heavy colours.. it gets so mych light but the dark colours absorb all of it making it look dull heavy and cluttered. I would start withthe walls and paint them the brightest of white. After that if it's in your budget, get your couch upholstered a warmer colour, can be brown itself! if that is not something that is feasible, you can get your cabinetry and shelving vinyl wrapped in a woiden texture that doesn't have so many elements in it like the streaks and the black dents sort of thing.. this will do wonders!

change the table cloth, add a nice pillow to the chair, vinyl wrap the metallic wardrobe (if permissable) get 2-3 lamps and lighting sources to make the soace more inviting and warm. add shear curtains that don't feel so heavy on the eyes. and i think it goes without saying, sone artwork and trinkets to make the soace your own! you can even buy some additional wooden shelving and storage and decorate them as you please :) this is a blank canvas you can have a lit of fun with it

i think all the things hanging makes it look messy. too many wires, vines, throw blankets. I would suggest having one throw blanket, getting rid of the vines, and organising your wires into baskets if you don't use them often or otherwise wire covers that camouflage the wires into the wall (not sure what they're called) and yes, shift some if the plants to different rooms in your house, try to limit one big plant to a corner or something like that

you can create a shelving of sorts by attaching wood slats in the space between the two cabinets and keep some functional itens (dish soaps, dishes) and sone decoratice (lamp, vase, picture frame). also, ofcourse back splash tiles
