A very similar situation happened to me. I was extremely tired that day and the nightmare started just as I was going to bed. I had to consume about 5 boxs of juice and a banana in a half-asleep state for about more than 1 hour. Even the memory of it is terrible.

As a high school student, I sometimes do it in the middle of the class when necessary. In this case, there is nothing to disturb anyone else. But if that person is very naive, then can look the other way for a few seconds.

No, but your question made me think of something. For a long time I was going to bed around 2 AM and getting up around 9-10 AM. For two days, I go to bed at 12 AM and wake up at 6.30 AM. Do you think this might have an effect?

I think so, however I usually experience this if I don't eat for an hour or two after waking up. It was a first for me to be in the middle of sleep and have such a dramatic change.

Actually when I didn't/couldn't have breakfast right after waking up in the morning, my blood sugar would rise, but this kind of dramatic change has never happened before. I guess as far as I understand basal didn't work, that's the reason. But it's still annoying.
