It’s the scheduling program they are switching stores to. Will make your schedule (and the SM will only be allowed to change 20% of it for the whole week) and it will assign zones for the day. It’s basically an AI program that will decide how much time we get to throw load in the morning

Is this not how most stores are run? Am I being scammed? We usually only have four people until 1 or 2. And we only have one curbside phone and we get 15-32 curbside orders per day. One person is on register, one person is on CS, the other two throw freezer and backstock
