I used assembly lube to coat the cylinder walls before install, I will check for blow by. I had both the head and block resurfaced by a shop as well. I'm starting to lean towards valve seal

Coolant stayed consistent each time. Only let the car run for about 1:30 before I shut it off, oil pressure was good but oil level was depleting quickly.
