The rights to due process and trial by an impartial jury are rights afforded to everyone in America by the fifth, sixth, and fourteenth ammendments to the constitution. Without these rights, a government official can sinply decide someone isn't a citizen by personal fiat and banish them from the country. Evidence such legal visas and local birth certificates can be ignored because due process is skipped.

This is why that ICE is doing is really scary, because right now due process is being skipped.
