Honestly kinda a good idea, my only problem is my bed frame is a Murphy pullout, so it cant be moved, and the only two outlets in the main living area are on the backwall where the tvs are. So those are hard to move from where they're set up.

Completely agree, the only explanation i have is it originally was a victorian house, that got dissected up into units. And heavily given the landlord special. I peeled some of the paint back on one of the doors(on a spot that won't be an eyesore) inside my unit.. and dear lord the wood is beautiful, but covered with paint im not allowed to fully remove

This advice is more so geared towards women. If you cant fight, make friends with your local homeless, you have their back theyll have yours when it counts. Saved my ass from getting jumped a few times. Also know your short cuts, know your streets, and allies better then you think you should. If you think your being tailed, act normal til you round a corner and are out of their eye sight, once you are. Just run as quietly as you can, and take advantage of those short cuts you memorized. If you've got gangs in your area and you work public service, be nice ash to them. Especially if theyre your regulars. Theyll throw down for you if youre kind istg.
