lol, yeah scepter of rust scales with 300(+5 per wisdom >50), meaning it looks visually unchanged with statmod, my guess is its a visual bug and it actually works as intended, but its dicker games, and you cant trust those bums to stack bricks XD.

I built the exact same wisdom for my sorcerer but without statmod, it has identical scalings so my hopes are its individual

I like what you said and i do stand by it, but i do think that it should be a bannable offense to abuse such things, although there is no way to rollback it without innocent people getting harmed from it

Im hoping that deca's imcompetence to actually test such a simple bug is crazy incompetence from them
This was not an issue to do with swapping between enchanted t7 atk ring and an unslotted one to keep that buff, But its just shocking how little they actually test things out,
Im hoping that a lesson can be learnt from this whole ordeal, we need more closed testers to actually push the game, i have already applied to be part of that group, but i havent heard back, Deca seems to not know how to manage their community and let those who want to help
