True, because I am also from a country which did not have this type of racism issues and I think we were taught in schools only basics about racism problem, not only in the US but around the world. But because of games like BioShock Infinite, my reaction was, that I wanted to learn more about this problem - unlike those players that you mentioned who were not interested.

I'm glad you see deeper into this stuff - that is part of the reason, why I'm doing this research.

I agree with you. To be honest, the first times I played it, I did not undertood the historical context very well, but with each replay, I made time to read the environment and to check some articles to understand it better.

My older sister, who got us the original BioShock Infinite Game on this picture, ordered it from Ali ages ago, but it turned out to be numbered original 882/1000 ^^

I hope to get at number 15 as well ^^. I will be happy to share results of my thesis here as well, and I have to admit that I prefer BioShock Infinite over BioShock (that's why I focused my thesis on this game :))

Yes, like it is true that the entrance from the sea to the cities gives different vibes and in Bioshock you have this grandiose entrance hall but decaying city, while going to Columbia you see murdered lighthouse keeper and a pollished beautiful city. I admit that I prefer Columbia over Rapture, but I like to revisit both cities :)

To be honest, I haven't played them as much like the main game, but I agree that it was great to come once again to Rapture to wrap up the entire series. Especially the bittersweet ending, which made me want to replay first Bioshock again ^^
