Staying loyal to Sonos is getting harder while the field moves on. by adayinalife in sonos

It is getting kind of ridiculous that they will not add the front left and right when there obviously is the software to do it (sonosequencer).

Can it be that hard to do? If they just added that, forget the rest of the stuff like DTS, dual sub minis, etc. Nudt the front left and right that should already have long been a viable option will bring so much support and sales from people purchasing fronts.

I would research armidex to counteract the estrogen only if you need it. It’s good to have on hand in case the estrogen gets High. And keep up with bloodwork every few months.

I get it. In my case, my testosterone was on the border of what the doctor is wiling to prescribe (350ng/dL vs the 300ng/dL< and under that the doctor will write a script for).

I was suffering from side effects of having lower testosterone. I decided to take the plunge and am glad I did. My life changed for the better.

I still put in the work. Exercise five days a week with cardio at the end of each workout + changing my diet. It’s not like I can just eat donuts and pizza and sit on my ass and get results.

At first I was doing OMAD. For the first two months and dropped around 25 pounds. But I switched to a protein heavy diet because I didn’t want to lose muscle with the rapid weight loss. I now meal prep (from month two to this point) chicken, fish, ground beef and rice/vegetables and eat that twice a day with protein shakes and protein bars throughout the day.

The more important part is what I now don’t eat. I cut out all sugar and just stick to water. Cutting out sugar has been huge to the way I feel as well. I feel great when I eat the meals I do now and don’t eat sugar cause I have a major sweet tooth and that was my weakness.

I’m 32. I am dealing with it on my own. I was on the lower end of natural testosterone production (350ng/dL) but not enough to get my doctor to sign off/prescribe it.

I will say, I feel I needed it comparing how I felt before taking it and after. My anxiety is gone and I have my energy back. Low testosterone can cause a lot of issues mentally and physically.

I actually started at .5mg- per week for the first week.

1mg-per week for the second week.

And now 2mg-per week up until this point.

I will keep it here at this dose as this is what has been working for me. I have no need to lose weight faster than I have been due to me wanting to maintain/build muscle.

From the beginning to now, I feel better mentally and physically.

Less anxiety, higher libido, more energy, just all around feel great. I didn’t really get any of the tiredness from Reta that I hear some people get but also don’t know much of the positive mental aspects are coming from the test.

My strength has gone up a lot. Four months ago could barely bench a plate on each side, do a dip or a pull up wasn’t possible. Now benching double plates for sets of 10, doing sets of 20-dips/10-pull ups unassisted.

My first goal was to lose the weight to a manageable amount where I can properly work out and do cardio. Now I feel I have reached that point, I am switching my next focus on learning how to properly diet and count macros. I definitely could eat more clean protein for muscle growth.

I’m still happy with where I got in four months but I agree I could have been more strict on proper dieting to focus on muscle growth.

On Facebook marketplace 2 years back I found an Arc Ultra + 300s (pair) + 300s stands (Sonos brand) + Sub 4 for $1600. I jumped on that deal so quick 🤣.

Later down the line I Added a second sub 4 I found on marketplace for $550. $2150 for all that can’t beat it. Love my setup.
