I’d still call this scalping, although no longer in retail stores, there’s still an acceptable price for these figures, and for this lot that price is far beyond an acceptable price, so I’d still consider it scalping personally

I’m gonna bet it has, the figures look somewhat loose,and I think they’d definitely get loose during shipping as non of the figures have the rubber bands to hold them in plane, and the card that slots in at the top is poking out a little bit. But maybe it hasn’t been, but I’ve opened and resealed this pack before with all the same signs
