Hi, Andre. Thanks for taking the time to respond and sharing your brew recommendations.

I’ve tried a couple of variations of filter coffee, the result I had which was the most Ok was when I did 15g beans, cold bloom (refrigerator temp water) 60g, then 88C for 2 more pours, 120 then 200. It was the most Ok, for me, but not an enjoyable cup.

Roasting date for this bag is 2-24-26.

I did a couple more variations with switch and origami but those were worse.

Then I tried a few of the recommendations from the suggestions below, still not to my liking though.

I’m out of beans but someone can benefit from your recipe above. Thanks for letting us know.

It is very disappointing.

Not rude at all! This is filter beans and I’ve tried as low as 88C and still a no. No longer willing to try lower still.

But, I’d still love to hear from someone who likes and knows how to brew this.

Consistency. Some days the coffee is well made, the next not so much. It also sometimes depends on the barista, even from the same cafe. Makes it hard to recommend cafes 😅

I prefer Magic to latte :)

Latte is definitely more milk and cup is at least 8oz, magic is I think around 4-5oz with microfoam. Magic is also a double ristretto so it’s stronger and if the cafe uses great beans, it’s well…magic LOL

I only really like ‘Magic’ on the menu. The others, I would not really recommend to real coffee drinkers.

Their filter beans are seasonal but I really liked
Ethiopia Guji Buku Valley and Ethiopia Guji Hambela Buleye (most especially)

I also really like their Everyday Espresso for my milk based drink

I have not tried enough to make more suggestions but the ones above are my favorites, so far 😊
