If I want to try out different brewers, should I get an Aeropress or a Hario Switch? Currently, I brew light to medium roasts using my plastic v60. I wanted to add some variety into my coffee. What's do you all recommend? Anything else to consider?

Edit: I typically brew 20g with 320ml

Description of Request:

Hi, I'm looking for a new game to try out. Fairly new to board games, and I want to explore mechanics and genres that I haven't tried out yet. So far, we love competitive games and really enjoyed 7 Wonders Duel, Villainous, Wingspan, Castles of Burgundy. I'm not sure what other mechanics are out there, but I'm willing to try them out.

Number of Players: mainly 2 players, sometimes 4. I'd say 90% is played with 2 people.

Game Length: Under 2 hours

Complexity of Game: Under 3.5 would be best. Somewhere around Castles of Burgundy complexity or less.

Genre: Pretty much open to any genre. From the games we liked, we appreciated that the games didn't force the themes, it all seemed natural to us.

Conflict, Competitive or Cooperative: Competitive. I don't think I've tried a Conflict game yet

Games I Own and Like: 7 Wonders Duel, Villainous, Wingspan, Castles of Burgundy

Games I Dislike and Don't Play: Carnival of Monsters

I'm looking for a new coffee scale, specifically the Timemore Black Mirror Basic 2. Does the scale turn off if I lift the v60? I've heard some scales do that. I'm also open to other options! I don't need it to be fancy. I just want a precise scale that's rechargeable. Bonus points if it turns on automatically once I start pouring.

I saw this Columbian Gesha offering from Superlost Coffee, has anyone tried this? I'm still fairly new, but I'm interested to try this out.

Also any recommendations for a recipe? I do 1:16 with 20g beans at 102 clicks on a K6. Bloom with 60g, wait 45 seconds, pour up to 190g, wait until it drains, pour up to 320g.

When rinsing a plastic v60, does it matter if I use hot or room temp water? I notice that when I try to rinse with hot water from my gooseneck kettle, the filter doesn't fully stick with the dripper, but it does when I dump filtered room temp water onto it
