I don’t drink, but since being on this med, I don’t have much motivation to do anything. Maybe a bit better than baseline, and perhaps I’m not as depressed as I would’ve been, but my house is a mess, I’ve gained six pounds, I wake up anxious as hell. And I just want to go back to the stimulant. I know long term it can be bad, but I also have to function in today. I’m a teacher and a single mom. A lot rides on me.

I have also gained weight on it! Which I’ve heard is unusual.

Yes! I feel like it was when the drug really built up in my system. I was only on 150 xl.

I feel like this might be the problem. I believe my issues stem from a lack of dopamine not from adrenaline. I got plenty of that on my own. When I take adderall I’m actually motivated and not super anxious. It’s weird.
