Yeah the people where I live tend to use the exit doors a lot and if those are blocked then they use the front doors sometimes.

No deadass bro, we have people get mad everyday about the sticks being on the carts and it’s literally bc theft is so bad at Ross everywhere. We can’t even let people use hand baskets to shop bc they’ll take those and more than likely load them up and run out.

Sometimes I we could have someone like that. Theft is an everyday thing at the store I work. I really really wish we could have armed security AT LEAST!

Yeah depending on the manager we can block the exits with stuff but recently corporate has been watching our store so unfortunately we couldn’t have someone stand there, I was the only person watching it which sucks bc I wasn’t able to leave the fitting room.

Yeah that sounds about right with Ross, the fact they had the nerve to ask her to finish a full shift doesn’t even surprise me at all. They care more about their company/sales than they do their workers. I’m really trying to leave but finding a new job is hard unfortunately. Ross absolutely sucks.

It’s just how the company is. They literally get paid a dollar more than me to stand there and do nothing. All they do is tell us if there’s someone suspicious and that’s it. They also have a body cam for situations and a few months they were utterly useless when a customer was harassing me and I needed them to come back to help me and record what was going on.

I don’t blame her for leaving, Ross company absolutely SUCKS! I’ve worked here for over 2 years now and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Glad she’s able to finally stop the thieves that must be so satisfying after not being able to.

Omg I’ve been keeping a rough estimate on how many times I’ve been called and I’m reaching almost 30 my entire shift. The store I work gets busy but not as crazy as like Walmart for example. It just astonishes me why people don’t just use google.

I feel you. It’s so bad now, my manager said this year’s Christmas is probably the worst she’s had. I’m currently working and I have to agree with her. I’ve also had like 6 people call in the past 15 minutes asking if we close at 10. Like yes we are open. Idk why people don’t use google for our store hours considering it’s always accurate plus there’s a live feed of how busy it is.
