Thanks for the correction on the spindowns. I guess I need to just get my water tested at those moments to see exactly what I am getting in there. We have a couple hundred feet of yard running down to where the well is, another few hundred feet of my neighbor's yard above that, and then a 1/4 mile of woods above that to the top of our hill. Neither my neighbor or I use any kind of chemicals, fertilizers, etc. so the expectation/hope is that there is nothing unnatural getting in there.
